Lunches are £13.00 per week (block week bookings only please, no single days)

School lunches are now being provided by Shire Services through Woodside School and the menu will be on a 3 week rolling cycle.

There will be one main course, with a vegetarian option and generally a choice of 2 desserts each day. (Week 1 starts on 21st Sept)

If you child has special dietary requirements due to medical needs please let us know. Children may bring their own packed lunch.

BOOKING WILL BE VIA PARENTPAY:

All parents should have a ParentPay login and password to access their account. (Please call the school if you have not received your ParentPay information).

Lunches will need to be selected and booked on a weekly only basis, by Friday 10am before the week, for which you are making the booking, in order for the menu selections for all pupils to be processed.

ParentPay is a secure online system that Trefonen School now uses to enable parents to book school lunches. Any parent not wishing to book lunches for their child on a particular week would have to provide packed lunches for that week. Lunches may be booked for multiple weeks at a time.

There is comprehensive guidance available on the ParentPay website on how to activate your account and book your child’s lunches. There is also a support line should you need further advice.

IMPORTANT:-

All state funded infant pupils (i.e those in reception, year 1 and year 2) as well as any other pupils, who are eligible to receive a free school meal (FSM) must have their lunches selected and booked through ParentPay by the parents or carer, to ensure the child receives the prefered option. The meal will be marked down a FSM and will therefore remain free.
