Creating our own cave art
We created our own cave walls using pastels. We used lots of techniques to make our walls look real. When our background were complete we added animals like the ones we had looked at on Stone Age markings found in caves.
We experimented with painting with sticks- we found it was more difficult than with a brush with bristles but it gave a realistic effect. We added details with oil pastels and outlines in pens.
