Wrens Class will study Hinduism, Christianity, Sikhism, and Hinduism through the following RE investigation questions:
Autumn Term:
Hinduism: Would celebrating Diwali at home and in the community bring a feeling of belonging to a Hindu child?
Christianity: What gifts might Christians in my town have given Jesus if He had been born here instead of Bethlehem?
Spring Term:
Christianity: Could Jesus heal people? Were these miracles, or is there some other explanation?
Christianity: What is Good about Good Friday?
Summer Term:
Sikhism: Do Sikhs think it is important to share? How should we behave towards others?
Hinduism: Why is visiting the river Ganges special to Hindus?
CYCLE B
Wrens Class will study Sikhism, Christianity and Hinduism through the following RE investigation questions:
Autumn Term:
Sikhism: Does joining the Khalsa make a person a better Sikh?
Christianity: Has Christmas lost its true meaning?
Spring Term:
Hinduism: How can Brahman be everywhere and in everything?
Christianity: How important is it to Christians that Jesus came back to life after His crucifixion?
Summer Term:
Christianity: Do people need to go to Church to show they are Christian?
Sikhism: What is the best way for a Sikh to show commitment to God?
